The restaurant offers you a full American breakfast and a sumptuous midday and evening buffet during the high season. Our à la carte menu is varied and includes Moroccan special meals such as ‘couscous with lamb and seven vegetables. The succulent soup of ‘Harira’ served with lemons and dates, or our various ‘tagines’ that are carefully cooked in the oven.
